Hotel Polo Am Zob - Hamburg

The beds are extremely comfy. The bathroom is clean. The room is decently sized. The staff are pleasant. The breakfast is bountiful and very good, includes fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, muesli, and buns. The location is magnificent, minutes from an applied arts museum.

This is not 3 Star if your comming from countries like nz, Australia, or America.. Its more like 2 star. There are no facilities at all. Nothing except your bed to sit on, no mini bar. nowhere to make tea or coffee, no internet, none of those little things like shower caps and tini soaps that you would usually get. The staff dont seem too excited to be there either. Maybe they need to learn how to smile before working in a Hotel.

Clean room and good size for a hotel room near Hauptbanhof.Breakfast was good and until 11a.M.during week-end......That was awesome ,cause you are in town to party .

We weren't so long in the hotel.Mostly just come and sleep.

The breakfast here was amazing! They had everything - fresh fruit, fluffy scrambled eggs, crunchy muesli, and warm baked buns. It was a feast 🍳.

Btw, it is close to the central station, to Kiel cruise port.

Hotel position very good for city centre attraction's ie. Bus and train.

The hotel was perfectly located next to the central station, making it extremely convenient for transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, offering good value for money. a great choice for its prime location and attentive staff.

Poor breakfast; bad bathroom; poor work of internet

Clean, simple, friendly, close to central train station.

The double bed is 2 seperate mattresses instead of 1 large matress which I would have prefered. The wifi connection was a hassle to setup due to technical problems. The breakfast was a bit poor (no croissants, limited variety). The door of the room didn't lock automatically but required turning the key. Noisy industrial equipment on the roof behind the hotel, a nuisance with the window open.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was nice, only downside is it is near a bus station which was quite noisy, even throughout through night. Slightly seedy area, but I never felt unsafe. Very close to the upmarket shopping area.

This place is quite clean and has a fancy vibe. the staff here are nice and helpful, and they take care of parking. the service is top-notch and the food is quite unique. the atmosphere feels really modern and cool. 🌟

Sofa bed which does not fit a grown up child and basic facilities like glasses for water was not provided. The staff does need to know better English as it is an internatinal location to travel the city and a lot of English speaking customers will be coming there.

The location was great. It is just 3 min walk from the Hbf central station. Breakfast was good, people at the hotel provided maps of the city. The bed was comfy, room and bathroom was spacious, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, room was clean. It was perfect for a 2 days trip.

No air conditioning, everything was written in German (also to connect for the Wifi) an all TV channels were in German too.
